Goshen Painters’ Guild artists offered FREE original cards (with purchase) and sale prices on original art and prints, frames, art books and supplies—At the former D&T Garage just north of downtown at Main and Jefferson!

Two of our members had booths in regional art shows. Their displays were great. Get tips on being in a show by talking with members who have done that!

Goshen Rocks

Painted Rocks.jpeg

The idea for Goshen Rocks came from member Maryjo Warstler. She had seen a town in Florida where beautiful painted rocks were found along paths and beside businesses for all to enjoy. She brought this idea to the guild and members were so excited to bring this to our town! She wrote a letter to the mayor explaining how this could be a community building activity for many years to come. People are encouraged to paint a rock, hide a rock, find a rock! One can re- hide them if they want to, or keep it. Positive sayings and fun pictures of all kinds are put on the rocks. We have a Facebook page devoted to the project where people can post their pictures. It is amazing already to see where some of our rocks have ended up! We have been asked to share our story and help others get started. We have helped Growing Kids Daycare, Goshen Parks Summer program, Goshen Library, Waterford School, 4th grade, First Friday events, Heartland RV.

Find us on Facebook at Goshen Rocks - (Indiana).
