Note: Estimated costs of materials are only for those needing to purchase new paint sets, brushes and/or canvases/papers. Expenses will be much lower for those already having these items.

The Goshen Painters’ Guild welcomes the return of popular, award-winning full/time artist/teacher Terry Armstrong of Warsaw, Indiana. You will learn many of his best watercolor techniques using a subject he will have you sketch before your arrival. Sign up early since Terry has a large regional following who enroll in every one of his classes they can find!  Plan to attend on March 16th as Terry will lead us in painting a Rose-breasted Grosbeak in Crabapple Blossoms.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The workshop is from 8:30am - 4pm, with a lunch break.  

 

The supply list along with the image being used for this painting session will be provided upon sign-up.

  Linda Renaud Workshop  October 19 & 20, 2024

The process of watercolor wax batik will be explained, demonstrated and practiced in this hands-on, two day intensive workshop with Linda Renaud. Learn how to select the best photos to work from, plan your painting, build the multiple layers of wax and watercolor and then do the final batiking and the “reveal.”  All participants will paint the same painting in order to make it possible to complete the project in two days. Those participating will need to have experience in watercolor.
